What’s Been on Our Desk?
April 2022
2022 has been a busy for the team at PFG, so we thought we’d share some thoughts on what we have been up to.
We’ve identified and qualified around 400 new HNWI prospects for charities whose interests range from environment to welfare, education and medical research. Some of the hot topics like fuel poverty and climate change have been on our agenda and we have also enjoyed delving into history and architecture. As usual one of our objectives has been to have an inclusive approach, looking to provide our clients with a wide diversity of potential prospects.
Much of the searching has been for people beyond London and the South East. We've been getting out maps and really digging our way around the country.
For some of our clients, we have been providing more in-depth insight into their current supporters through our briefings and due diligence research. Unsurprisingly in the current global context, we have been asked to look at some Russian donors and others with wide ranging international interests. Of course, much of our research has been on people closer to home.
Our Wealth screening service is key for many organisations looking to identify their best major donor prospects from amongst current supporters. Over the last 4 months we’ve produced 2,551 Wealth Tags, 3,544 Snapshots and 351 Million Pound Property reports. This has really helped these organisations develop their prospect pipelines and give a real boost to their major donor programmes.
As well as all our research into the wealthy, we have also been engaged in looking for new trust fundraising opportunities and corporate opportunities for charities both in the UK and internationally. Again, the themes have been varied from health and wellbeing through to environment, scientific research, and young people at risk.
As well as finding prospects for our clients, we are always working on our Wealth Intelligence Database – adding new people and enhancing the data we have on existing people. Already this year we have added or improved the quality of 6,414 individuals.
